I'm leaving tomorrow morning on a bus trip to Yellowstone and have I packed? Nope. ^^;; Well, I guess it always comes to this. Like when I went to Yosemite or D.C. I always pack on the last day. I always forget something, too.

It's depressing how school's going to start a week after I come back, too. I've already received my schedule and the dates to orientation. I've yet to choose a locker, too. I hope I don't get a teacher that makes you run up and down the bleachers. I'm afraid of heights and I can't run up them fast enough. >_< So it comes to this: freshman year. Dang.

So how was the trip, you ask? It was okay, I guess... I'll post about it later as it comes to mind. -_- About the first day of high school. I can't say I hate high school, but I can't say I particularly like it either. It's only been two days, so I'll probably get used to it after a while. The feeling of nervousness and anxiousness is gone now; it's like a heavy weight being lifted, kind of. I just feel more relieved now that school's started. Strange.

Getting to my classes wasn't really hard. I was late for second period on the first day because of pictures. Other than that, the first day went by quickly. Second day: received textbooks from two classes, homework assignments. I still don't have a locker. Sucks that they ran out. Well, I got my friend to help keep my Bio book for me. Science books are definitely heavier than math ones.

Because Freshmen don't have History class, you are allowed to choose an extra elective or not to have a class. I chose not to take a seventh period, so on both block days I go to school at around nine and other days around eight. The extra sleep is nice to have, but I usually end up staying up late anyway. ^^;; It's going to be hard next year, when I have to get up earlier.
